Location: Brisbane, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Respond to inbound leads within 24 hours to maximize conversion rates.
  • Drive pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to identify customer needs and priorities.
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from the first touch to closing deals for new customers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Must be located in or able to work from the Brisbane office 3 days a week.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Resilient, results-oriented mindset comfortable with target-driven environments.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SaaS or the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
