What you will do

• Assist with invoice coding, entry, and processing across the full P2P cycle
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 collection and banking details
• Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end AP close activities
• Process and review corporate credit card and employee expense reports
• Help prepare and execute vendor 1099 filings
• Support internal control compliance and cross-functional collaboration to improve AP process efficiency

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in financial systems and process optimization
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required

Nice to have

• Exposure to NetSuite, Ramp, or other ERP systems
• Experience with Excel or data visualization tools
• Experience with Google Suite tools
• Interest in space, technology, or high-growth companies
