What you will do

• Execute day-to-day AP operations and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Drive process standardization and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the GBS organization.
• Manage 3-way match, high-volume invoice processing, and payment batch runs.
• Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Partner with GBS leadership, Accounting, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure scalable operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience focused on direct spend management.
• Proven experience supporting end-to-end P2P processes within a shared services or corporate accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit support, and SOX-compliant AP operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and advanced Excel skills.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with AP automation, workflow tools, or process transformation initiatives.
• Background in Supply Chain or working within a Global Business Services (GBS) model.
• Expertise in vendor management, statement reconciliations, and billing gap detection.
