What you will do

• Supervise end-to-end P2P processes, including vendor invoice matching, coding, routing, and disbursement schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact to resolve complex pricing, quantity, and billing discrepancies with suppliers.
• Optimize working capital by monitoring aging reports and structuring cash disbursements for early-payment discounts.
• Govern inventory accuracy through physical counts, cycle-counting programs, and perpetual inventory reconciliations.
• Track and report material usage variances, scrap rates, and inventory shrinkage.
• Oversee material receipts and logistics between manufacturing hubs and data center deployment sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience managing accounts payable and inventory control within a hardware manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of solar components, raw metals, electronics manufacturing, or large-scale capital infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and automated AP software (e.g., ZipHQ).
• Must be based in and work on-site in Miami, FL.
