What you will do

• Own end-to-end vendor onboarding in NetSuite and Coupa, ensuring accuracy and full audit trails.
• Lead the collection and validation of tax documentation, including W-9, W-8 series, and Philippine withholding tax certificates.
• Conduct supplier due diligence, including sanctions screening and banking verification.
• Troubleshoot vendor-related issues and ensure compliance with global statutory requirements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams to improve onboarding cycle times and process efficiency.
• Review the work of AP Specialists, providing guidance on GL coding and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay roles, specifically in vendor onboarding.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and BIR documentary requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms like NetSuite or Coupa.
• Familiarity with W-9/W-8 tax forms and IRS documentation for cross-border vendor classification.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
