What you will do

  • Design and launch customer community programs including user groups, advisory boards, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Build repeatable operational models, playbooks, and calendars to scale engagement efforts.
  • Serve as a front-line ambassador, building relationships with power users, champions, and executive sponsors.
  • Coordinate third-party research initiatives, including customer recruitment and asset activation.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-value customer experiences such as roundtables, workshops, and webinars.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align engagement strategies with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in customer marketing, community management, or program management within high-growth SaaS or AI companies.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer-facing programs like advocacy cohorts or advisory boards.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior customers and internal leadership.
  • High ownership and bias toward action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for customer experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience coordinating with external partners, research firms, or analysts.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Asana, Airtable, or Salesforce.
  • Background in legal, professional services, or enterprise software.
