What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-cutting projects end-to-end, surfacing trade-offs and driving documented resolutions.
• Partner with international expansion teams to ensure coherent global growth and decision-making.
• Manage a multi-workstream portfolio, balancing high-priority, ambiguous problems simultaneously.
• Build and maintain governance frameworks, playbooks, and documentation to ensure organizational consistency.
• Identify complexity early and coordinate with cross-functional experts to mitigate risks.
• Build credibility with senior leadership to facilitate principled decision-making across functions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (Hybrid policy).
• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or HR at a fast-growing company.
• Proven track record of designing and owning governance frameworks for complex, multi-stakeholder domains.
• Ability to drive senior leaders to shared outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience creating systems that outlast individual contributors.
• Experience working with senior finance or legal leaders on cross-functional decisions.
