Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, CA or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $192,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and execute the people strategy for the delivery-first Data as a Service (DaaS) organization.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, compensation strategy, and workforce planning to attract and retain talent.
  • Coach and develop executives and managers to maintain cohesion and agility as the organization scales.
  • Adapt company-wide people programs to meet the specific operational needs of a distributed, delivery-focused team.
  • Manage complex cross-functional dynamics and interpersonal challenges during periods of hypergrowth.
  • Collaborate with HR peers to design and execute cross-functional initiatives aligned with the overall people strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years as a strategic HRBP in a rapidly scaling technology company.
  • HRBP experience in professional services, managed services, or a delivery-heavy tech organization.
  • Experience supporting executives within a General Manager (GM) model.
  • 2+ years of experience managing HRBPs or serving as an HRBP Team Lead.
  • Proven expertise in organizational design, talent development, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of contractor and contingent workforce models, including legal and compliance considerations.
