What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to the CDIO and leadership team to translate strategy into prioritized people initiatives.
  • Lead large-scale change initiatives to evolve the Data, Technology & AI operating model.
  • Architect organizational design to optimize structures, spans, and layers for improved accountability.
  • Define enterprise-wide talent strategies, including role architecture and development pathways.
  • Develop strategic workforce plans to attract and retain high-impact technical and leadership talent.
  • Coach senior leaders to strengthen performance and lead robust talent reviews.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnership with senior leaders in complex technical organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Data, Technology, Engineering, Product, or AI/Analytics organizations.
  • Proven success in designing enterprise-level HR strategies and transformation initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and organization design.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Boston, MA for hybrid/onsite requirements.
