TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive (AI/FSI): Driving adoption of frontier AI platforms within leading investment banks and capital markets firms with an accent on securing enterprise-scale deals and embedding AI into research and trading workflows. Focus on building C-suite relationships, navigating complex regulatory environments, and translating industry-specific needs into product roadmap inputs.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco or New York City); staff are expected in the office at least 25% of the time.
Salary: $380,000 - $450,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage a book of strategic, high-value accounts across investment banking, sales & trading, and capital markets.
- Engage with C-level and senior technical stakeholders to build business cases and value narratives for AI adoption.
- Execute account plans to transform strategic relationships into committed revenue and production deployments.
- Collaborate with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to translate FSI needs into product roadmap inputs.
- Codify winning use cases and reference stories to help scale the broader FSI market motion.
- Orchestrate cross-functional efforts with Legal, Partnerships, and cloud partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in investment banking or capital markets.
- Track record of exceeding quotas selling complex technical products (API-first platforms, cloud infra, or ML platforms).
- Proven ability to build and grow C-suite relationships within large financial institutions.
- Operational rigor in managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
- Credibility with technical buyers such as CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of AI/ML.
- Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
Nice to have
- Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products to large investment banks.
- Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling, including data governance and compliance-driven procurement.
- Experience selling through cloud partners like AWS and Google Cloud or global systems integrators.
- Familiarity with consumption-based commercial models and value-based pricing.
