What you will do

• Load, validate, and reconcile billing data to ensure accurate invoice generation.
• Monitor automated invoicing processes and resolve root causes within exception queues.
• Process manual invoices for transactions not supported by automation.
• Manage billing queries via Freshdesk, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Reconcile credit card spend, validating VAT, taxes, exchange rates, and ledger coding.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Accounts Payable to optimize billing workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance administration.
• Strong numerical accuracy and confidence handling high-volume transactional data.
• Competency in financial systems, billing platforms, CRM tools, and Excel.
• Must have AAT (Level 2–4), NVQ Level 2/3 in Accounting/Finance, or a Degree/HND in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience working within a regulated or audit-controlled finance environment.
