What you will do

• Support the production of allocated expense reporting across actuals, forecast, and plan.
• Process allocation rule updates and produce month-end MI and reporting outputs.
• Manage ledger period close activities, maintain the chart of accounts, and support fixed asset processes.
• Prepare and post journals, complete reconciliations, and resolve outstanding items.
• Produce VAT returns, statutory reporting files, and consolidated reconciliation packs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support system automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Studying towards or part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent analytical finance experience.
• Experience preparing reconciliations and financial reporting within a finance function.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems, including ledger postings.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office for handling data from multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle and MI reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
