What you will do

• Manage all aspects of accounting operations and ensure timely month-close and accurate financial reporting.
• Own the end-to-end payroll cycle, including preparation, calculation review, and acting as the primary employee focal point.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including local statutory audits and tax filings for the UK entity.
• Perform US GAAP to STAT GAAP reconciliation and maintain transactional flows in the global ERP system.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, FP&A, and Operations to address financial implications of business initiatives.
• Coordinate with external professional service providers on auditing and tax compliance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven experience in accounting operations and statutory compliance.
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting laws, and regulations.
• Must be living in the Greater London Area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite with multibook enabled.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
