TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (ISR): Drive full-cycle B2B software sales by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with end users and analytic leaders, with an accent on building trusted advisor relationships and expanding high-potential accounts. Focus on high-volume outbound/inbound engagement, product demos, and accurate forecasting to achieve territory and revenue growth.

Location: US - Remote

Salary: $57,000–$72,000 base; $95,000–$120,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting through close.
  • Prospect and qualify leads using targeted account planning and outbound communication (phone, email, social media).
  • Build customer relationships to understand processes and problems, and connect business objectives to hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop and manage pipeline for new revenue, expansions, and collaboration with go-to-market partners.
  • Learn the hirify.global platform and portfolio to demo and clearly articulate the value proposition.
  • Manage high volumes of communications, demos, and wins while maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline, and business planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience at a software/technology company.
  • Experience identifying and closing quick sales wins; track record of qualifying and/or closing software transactions.
  • Ability to sell to and influence software users, mid-level managers, and C-level executives while building consensus.
  • Strong time and people management skills to marshal resources and advance opportunities.
  • Exceptional entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
