What you will do

• Design and lead a multi-year Emerging Talent ecosystem strategy aligned with business vision and future skill demands.
• Develop strategic investment frameworks to guide campus engagement, sponsorships, partnerships, and experiential programs.
• Cultivate high-impact, executive-level partnerships with university leadership, faculty, and research groups.
• Analyze ecosystem health indicators to optimize school investments and strengthen intern-to-full-time conversion.
• Embed AI capability development into campus strategy across both technical and non-technical domains.
• Partner with senior leaders (VP+ level) to align long-term talent supply with business growth plans.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in early career strategy, university recruiting, or talent ecosystem design within a tech organization.
• Demonstrated experience designing multi-year campus portfolio strategies tied to business growth.
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior leaders and presenting investment cases.
• Analytical capability to assess pipeline health and ROI of campus investments using data.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, California
