What you will do

• Assist in the development of toy strategy and pricing architecture for Die-Cast segments.
• Collaborate with Design and R&D teams to manage product development from concept to shelf.
• Analyze business performance using POS data and SKU metrics including revenue and margin.
• Gather consumer and play insights to inform product usage and market positioning.
• Provide input to Brand Marketing regarding packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling.
• Support competitive analysis to ensure strong market positioning for toy lines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, franchise management, or purpose-driven strategy.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial skills including forecasting and pricing analysis.
• Proven experience with P&L management.
• Demonstrated project management skills for complex product development timelines.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as design and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
