Salary: $55,800 - $103,230 Annual

What you will do
- Support seasonal positioning and go-to-market strategies across live operations, promotions, and key content beats.
- Manage creative asset development with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with brand and strategy.
- Oversee day-to-day creative production workflows from briefing through final delivery.
- Build and maintain detailed project timelines and workback schedules tied to campaign go-live dates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, localization, UA, and product marketing teams to support integrated execution.
- Monitor campaign, content, and community performance trends to identify actionable insights for future efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consumer digital marketing or integrated campaign execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners or vendors.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Santa Monica, CA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business productivity tools.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with workflow platforms such as Monday.com.
- Experience supporting live service, gaming, or mobile app marketing campaigns.
