Salary: $145,000 — $182,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead product marketing strategy across the consumer journey, including awareness, consideration, and retention.
  • Refine the overarching consumer value proposition and product positioning to clearly articulate hirify.global' competitive advantages.
  • Partner with Consumer Product teams to influence the product roadmap using customer, competitive, and performance insights.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering a high-bar, low-ego culture.
  • Standardize GTM frameworks and playbooks for new product and feature launches across web and app platforms.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Performance Marketing teams to optimize assets for Google, Meta, and other marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a writing-intensive or quantitative major.
  • 8+ years of total experience, with 5+ years specifically in product marketing.
  • Proven experience in consumer / B2C or marketplace businesses.
  • 2+ years of people management experience directly leading product marketers.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading GTM strategy from insight and positioning through launch.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling narratives.
