What you will do

• Manage marketing relationships with game teams to coordinate Consumer Products & Licensing (CP&L) initiatives.
• Develop and execute franchise-specific marketing programs across social, e-commerce, and other activations.
• Support go-to-market planning and strategic alignment for AAA licensed partners.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce Director on DTC store strategies, calendars, and execution.
• Oversee agency relationships and manage marketing and creative budgets.
• Track and report campaign performance and impact metrics on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Creative Management, or Sales within CPG, licensing, or entertainment software.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Santa Monica, California.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for communicating with senior leaders and retail customers.
• Strong project management abilities and high attention to detail.
