What you will do

• Develop and execute global integrated marketing campaigns aligned with corporate strategy and revenue targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Product Marketing, Scientific Affairs, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and project timelines to ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Define KPIs and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Lead and develop a team of Integrated Marketing Specialists.
• Oversee content development and digital execution across paid, organic, and event channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
• Must be able to work on-site at headquarters in Camarillo, CA.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, AI-driven search optimization, and Google Analytics.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Prior work experience in microbiology or life science industries.
