Salary: $122,000 – $160,600

What you will do

  • Own the full recruiting cycle for intern and recent graduate roles across the US and Canada.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and meet strategic hiring goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university faculty, career centers, and student organizations.
  • Develop and execute school-specific recruiting strategies and campus outreach plans.
  • Plan and execute on-campus events and career fairs, including seasonal travel.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in technical or early-career roles.
  • Ability to travel seasonally to universities for campus events.
  • Demonstrated track record in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and offer negotiation.
  • Comfort using AI tools for daily tasks or a strong eagerness to learn and integrate AI into workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting at scale for high-growth technology companies.
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms.
  • Background in diversity recruiting or building DEI-focused campus programs.
  • Experience hosting or producing intern programming.
