What you will do

• Lead UX discovery, heuristic analysis, and qualitative research to understand expert user workflows.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture for complex systems.
• Design and iterate on wireframes and clickable Figma prototypes for user validation.
• Solve complex interaction challenges including dense data tables and bulk operations.
• Partner with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and design system consistency.
• Define and conduct usability testing to drive iterative design improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience with complex internal tools or enterprise software.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
• Deep fluency in Figma, wireframing, and maintaining design systems.
• Proven ability to design for information-dense interfaces and expert users.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
