What you will do

• Support the development of an AI-powered sales enablement platform.
• Create and maintain AI prompts and related source materials to build a library of use cases.
• Partner with subject matter experts across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements.
• Manage multiple AI content projects simultaneously and identify new prompt opportunities.
• Organize and integrate content for effective AI grounding and improved user experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in experience design, content design, design research, or product design.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX for hybrid work.
• Practical experience creating AI prompts, workflows, or knowledge bases using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• Advanced SharePoint expertise for collaboration and content management.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Background in financial or merchant services.
• Experience in product management, knowledge management, or content strategy.
• UX Web Design experience.
