What you will do

• Conduct user research, usability tests, and surveys to identify friction points.
• Translate research into personas, user journeys, and actionable design insights.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Design responsive, accessible interfaces aligned with brand identity and WCAG standards.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation and design handoff.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Must be based in the United States and available during U.S. business hours.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing responsive web or mobile interfaces.
• Ability to present design concepts and collaborate effectively in Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS products or e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end basics like HTML and CSS.
• Experience with analytics tools, heatmaps, and usability testing platforms.
