TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States; working hours align with U.S. client business hours, with flexibility for sprint reviews and design handoffs.

is recruiting for a client seeking a UX/UI Designer for web and mobile product experiences.
What you will do
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and product-usage analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Translate research into personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces using strong typography, layout, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders through requirements definition, design critiques, Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and developer handoffs.
- Iterate on onboarding, user flows, and conversion paths using feedback, A/B testing, QA input, and performance data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Ability to present design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience designing SaaS products, mobile apps, or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for developer collaboration.
- Experience with analytics tools, heatmaps, and usability testing platforms.
- Experience optimizing user flows for engagement and conversion.
