Salary: $103,000–$129,000 USD

What you will do

• Advise enterprise clients on designing custom document vaults and complex system integrations.
• Manage large-scale file migrations and technical implementations into the platform.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable system configurations and data mappings.
• Act as a liaison between multiple distinct teams with competing priorities.
• Champion change management best practices to ensure successful end-user adoption.
• Provide strategic technical guidance to senior leaders throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting.
• 4+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in customer-facing presentations and working with senior leadership.
• Must be able to work from an assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with banking and insurance clients.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services.
• Expertise in intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation.
