Compensation: $112,000–$131,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain deep relationships with leadership teams at state prison agencies.
• Deconstruct and document the needs of correctional actors and justice-impacted individuals.
• Communicate partner requirements clearly to internal product, design, and engineering teams.
• Drive partnerships toward measurable impact and long-term financial sustainability.
• Navigate high-intensity environments, including prison facilities and parole offices.
• Develop and implement replicable processes for partner engagement and product deployment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work regularly in Austin, TX with frequent in-state travel.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, product management, political strategy, or policy.
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and navigating complex government environments.
• Existing relationships with Texas government agencies are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).
