What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients to ensure value realization and account growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and end users.
  • Consult clients on solving business challenges using hirify.global data sets and AI tools.
  • Create and execute success plans to drive product adoption and track outcomes.
  • Deliver regular usage reports and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom projects and strategic workshops.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
  • Proven experience in building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to present data confidently and tell compelling stories.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
