What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of engineering outputs for the sub-module and drive PGP execution based on business success criteria.
• Lead delivery team planning, proactively identify and mitigate risks/issues, and escalate dependencies to sector MDU roles when needed.
• Set boundary conditions for sub-module elements, balance QLTCS trade-offs, resolve integration bottlenecks, and ensure coherent, performant, reliable system integration.
• Steer day-to-day delivery, including industrialization deliverables, and ensure blocking items and operational dependencies are solved or properly escalated.
• Provide robust methods/tools and competency development to enable high-quality execution, including tailoring subject to Foundation approval.
• Manage people and performance for up to 10 direct reports plus sector indirect reports, including workforce planning, knowledge management, and succession.

Requirements

• BS in engineering or a relevant technical field; MSc or PhD preferred.
• 5 years of engineering experience, including technical or team lead role (e.g., (Chief) Product Owner, Group Lead, Project Lead, Team Lead, or Main Delivery Owner).
• Proven delivery track record on complex, multidisciplinary work with strong understanding of interfaces across delivery teams within an MDU.
• Experience leading planning and delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguous, customer-focused environment with strong prioritization and alignment skills.
• Specialized knowledge for ACC: precision motion, opto-mechanical design, laser physics, optics, and mechanical tolerancing to develop stable, high-precision system solutions from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
• On-site role: onsite presence required for in-person events, trainings, and meetings.
