What you will do

• Oversee the internal business application ecosystem to ensure reliability, security, and alignment with business operations.
• Lead the rollout of new internal applications, including planning, requirements, testing, and adoption.
• Manage core technology operations, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, network operations, and end-user support.
• Head the internal security function, managing security policies, risk, vulnerability management, and incident readiness.
• Establish practical technology roadmaps, governance processes, and operating standards.
• Manage technology vendors, licensing, renewals, budgets, and support contracts.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT, technology operations, business systems, or cybersecurity.
• 8+ years in senior technology leadership roles.
• Proven success leading internal application implementations and business systems transformations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, application delivery best practices, and release management.
• Experience managing technology budgets and vendor implementation partners.
• Must be based in the United States.
