What you will do

  • Lead the Onboarding Growth team, setting product direction and coaching engineers at various levels.
  • Plan and staff projects in collaboration with Product Management and Design to enhance the trial experience.
  • Build UX features and rapid experimentation frameworks to streamline user onboarding.
  • Develop data platforms to personalize the onboarding journey for each user based on behavior.
  • Create AI-assisted setup options to ensure a seamless out-of-the-box experience.
  • Champion the use of analytics to analyze user behavior and apply insights to product UX.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of people management experience in a software engineering setting.
  • Experience managing full stack development teams.
  • Product-oriented mindset with a proven ability to ship and iterate on features quickly.
  • Passion for experimentation and using data to drive technical and product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering actionable and empathetic feedback.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in New York, USA.
