Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 USD annual

What you will do

• Process regular and non-regular payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Administer time and attendance policies and maintain related system transactions.
• Calculate wages, overtime, payroll adjustments, and special payments.
• Process terminations, final pay, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies using established procedures.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support payroll inquiries and ensure high-quality service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Newark, NJ for hybrid work.
• Proven experience supporting payroll operations in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing, wage and hour requirements, and administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
