What you will do

• Manage biweekly payroll processing for the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timely transmission.
• Perform payroll and GL account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and wage and hour laws.
• Partner with HR, Stock Administration, and ADP to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support year-end reporting and filings, including W-2s and payroll tax amendments.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Extensive payroll experience within a public company.
• Required: Working knowledge of ADP.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting principles and general ledger (GL) transactions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from Fremont, CA.

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
