Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll cycles using Rippling.
• Validate timekeeping, attendance, and leave data for payroll accuracy.
• Calculate wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions in compliance with company policy.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations.
• Support payroll audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Manage leave-of-absence payroll processes and wage garnishments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in payroll.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR requirement).
• Proficiency in Excel and enterprise-level payroll systems.
• Experience with multi-state taxation and stock transactions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
