What you will do
- Lead, coach, and oversee a high-performing team of 6-8 Enterprise Sales Representatives.
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for quota attainment, including new ACV and customer renewals.
- Source, recruit, and onboard top sales talent to scale the French organization.
- Act as a spokesperson for the Southern Europe business and liaison between field teams and internal functions.
- Instill a mindset of strategic agility and tenacity to navigate market changes and achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified approach to customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a successful sales team in the enterprise space.
- Over 10 years of experience in selling complex SaaS solutions (DEX, APM, ITSM, or CX).
- In-depth knowledge of the Southern European market and residency in France.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building high-performing teams.
- Strong ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal departments and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
