What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and oversee a high-performing team of 6-8 Enterprise Sales Representatives.
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for quota attainment, including new ACV and customer renewals.
  • Source, recruit, and onboard top sales talent to scale the French organization.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the Southern Europe business and liaison between field teams and internal functions.
  • Instill a mindset of strategic agility and tenacity to navigate market changes and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified approach to customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a successful sales team in the enterprise space.
  • Over 10 years of experience in selling complex SaaS solutions (DEX, APM, ITSM, or CX).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Southern European market and residency in France.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal departments and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
