Location: Paris, France (Remote/Hybrid options possible)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for the French market, including prospecting, developing, and closing.
  • Utilize MEDDICC and Command of the Message to qualify deals and forecast accurately.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of hirify.global’s Connected Applications Platform.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to expand and renew existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across various industries.
  • Coordinate legal, sales engineering, and implementation resources throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • 4+ years of experience selling into the Enterprise segment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas and landing new logos.
  • Experience closing complex deals with named accounts (5000+ FTEs).
  • Trained in MEDDICC and/or Command of the Message.

Nice to have

  • Experience closing AI use cases into production.
  • AI fluency as a core part of professional workflow.
