What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production systems.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and process readiness.
• Evaluate and optimize equipment, tooling, and layouts to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in electronics or automotive sectors.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and production systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools.
• English: Advanced proficiency required.
• Familiarity with NPI, tooling, and production line setup.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
