Victim Services Caseworker

Salary: $23.50/hr (approx. $4,076/month).

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive case management, including eligibility screening, enrollment, and service plan development.
• Deliver crisis intervention to victims and families, including emotional support, safety planning, and legal rights education.
• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal stakeholders, including law enforcement.
• Assist with programmatic tasks such as case notes, file management, and data reporting.
• Conduct outreach and training activities to improve victim identification and referral processes.
• Coordinate with community partners to ensure access to legal, social, and financial resources.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Services or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related work experience, with at least 1 year working with victims of crime or vulnerable populations.
• Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and reliable transportation for regular travel within the service area.
• Must possess or be eligible to receive an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds for household supplies and food boxes.

Nice to have

• Bilingual ability in Dari, Spanish, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, or French.
• Experience in public speaking or community presentations.
• Prior experience with case management databases.
