Location: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ, USA (Hybrid role involving office, remote, and field work).
Salary: $23.50/hr (approx. $4,076/month).

What you will do
- Provide comprehensive case management, including eligibility screening, enrollment, and service plan development.
- Deliver crisis intervention to victims and families, including emotional support, safety planning, and legal rights education.
- Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal stakeholders, including law enforcement.
- Assist with programmatic tasks such as case notes, file management, and data reporting.
- Conduct outreach and training activities to improve victim identification and referral processes.
- Coordinate with community partners to ensure access to legal, social, and financial resources.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Human Services or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of related work experience, with at least 1 year working with victims of crime or vulnerable populations.
- Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and reliable transportation for regular travel within the service area.
- Must possess or be eligible to receive an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds for household supplies and food boxes.
Nice to have
- Bilingual ability in Dari, Spanish, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, or French.
- Experience in public speaking or community presentations.
- Prior experience with case management databases.
