What you will do

• Oversee daily store opening, closing, and security procedures.
• Drive sales goals through unit rentals and protection plan offerings.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized service.
• Manage inventory, process payments, and handle bank deposits.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, safety inspections, and light facility maintenance.
• Assist the General Manager with online auction processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for travel between sites.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical tasks like cleaning and landscaping.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
