TL;DR

Service Desk Technician (IT Support): Providing Tier 1 support for a federal customer with an accent on incident diagnosis and resolution. Focus on responding to user requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring service levels are met.

Location: Hybrid (Kiln, MS)

What you will do

  • Respond to and diagnose incidents through discussions with users.
  • Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
  • Interact with network services and software systems engineering to restore service.
  • Perform password resets and ensure accurate ticket documentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years experience in IT support.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a public trust clearance.

Nice to have

  • MCSA Office 365 certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
