What you will do
- Respond to and diagnose incidents through discussions with users.
- Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
- Interact with network services and software systems engineering to restore service.
- Perform password resets and ensure accurate ticket documentation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years experience in IT support.
- Basic understanding of computer systems.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a public trust clearance.
Nice to have
- MCSA Office 365 certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
