What you will do
- Implement proactive client management strategies to drive growth and retention for merchant partners.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value.
- Provide prompt support for client inquiries and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and execute support strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of account management experience.
- Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
