Salary: $100,000 - $137,500 per year

What you will do

  • Implement proactive client management strategies to drive growth and retention for merchant partners.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value.
  • Provide prompt support for client inquiries and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and execute support strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of account management experience.
  • Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

  • Experience within the financial technology (Fintech) industry.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and marketing technologies.
