Partner Sales Executive (Fintech): Driving sales for Genius® and payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses through bank and credit union partnerships with an accent on B2B outside sales and consultative selling. Focus on building influence with bankers, managing a field-based pipeline, and converting referrals into long-term merchant relationships.
Location: Must live within 2 hours of Columbia, MD; Silver Spring, MD; or Virginia Beach, VA
Compensation: Base Salary $40K - $60K, Annual OTE $120K - $150K+

What you will do
- Drive sales for Genius® and other payment solutions to SMBs in restaurant, retail, and service industries.
- Co-sell alongside bank branches, perform live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts.
- Manage a consistent pipeline via field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
- Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with District Managers to identify new opportunities and close sales within short cycles.
- Track all pipeline activity and client communications in Atlas and Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience.
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for face-to-face and virtual selling.
- Valid driver's license and ability to spend 75% of time in the field.
- Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location (MD or VA).
Nice to have
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features and hardware.
- Experience working with the restaurant or retail industries.
- Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience.
