Business Development Representative (Fintech)

TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Fintech): Supporting growth in private capital markets by identifying opportunities and building relationships with senior executives with an accent on outbound sales campaigns and CRM management. Location: Must be based in New York City, NY. This role is hybrid with at least 3 days per week in-office.

Salary: $70,000–$123,000 base pay, plus annual bonus/commission and equity.

What you will do

• Support the senior sales team in identifying and pursuing key growth opportunities.
• Develop deep expertise in private fund solutions to share insights with clients and prospects.
• Contact senior executives to arrange meetings and drive interest in solution demos.
• Monitor capital markets trends and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Manage outbound campaigns across the region to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
