Salary: $148,750–$192,500

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
• Architect scalable, secure systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows using tools like GitHub Copilot and agent pipelines.
• Establish engineering standards for automation, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Lead incident response and drive systemic improvements from critical infrastructure events.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers while representing infrastructure engineering in executive forums.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience operating at a principal or staff engineer level.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure, M365, Active Directory).
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell).
• Experience with disaster recovery and high-availability architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience building or operationalizing AI-assisted engineering workflows or LLM agent pipelines.
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms and certificate lifecycle management.
