Marketing Programs & Operations Manager (AdTech): Managing the execution, deployment, and performance analysis of global email campaigns and marketing programs within HubSpot with an accent on data-driven reporting and lead-to-revenue funnel optimization. Focus on coordinating cross-functional workflows, maintaining database hygiene, and scaling campaign operations across international regions.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to NYC for a hybrid schedule (3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns including newsletters, lead nurture, and event promotions in HubSpot.
  • Manage audience segmentation, list processing, and database hygiene to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Report on email and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with global Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to align assets for campaign execution.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to support lead funnel process flows and engagement sequences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with marketing automation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate across global time zones, including occasional early or late calls.
  • Must be able to work from the NYC office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker, or Monday.com.
  • Background in B2B marketing, digital media, or ad tech.
  • HubSpot certification.
