TL;DR

Marketing Specialist (B2B): Planning and executing integrated marketing and communications programs to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth with an accent on campaign performance and lead management. Focus on collaborating with sales and product teams to optimize digital channels, manage CRM data, and deliver impactful content across webinars, email, and ABM initiatives.

Location: Must be based in Denver, CO (Hybrid work policy)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000

What you will do

  • Support thought leadership, content creation, and ABM initiatives through webinars and podcasts.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and employer branding.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports to inform strategy.
  • Manage lead capture, list creation, and campaign follow-up within CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing updates, including landing pages and ad campaign maintenance.
  • Assist with event support and miscellaneous marketing operations tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or Industrials.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be based in Denver, CO to comply with the hybrid work policy.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SEO/SEM, paid media, or social advertising.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Basic design or video editing skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience supporting events, webinars, or tradeshows.
