Location: Must be based in or near Boston, MA (Hybrid: 1 day per week in office)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end event strategy, including research, logistics, and project planning for regional conferences and webinars.
  • Secure speaking and sponsorship opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with regional sales teams.
  • Drive event attendance by building target lists, emails, and landing pages using HubSpot.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, managing procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Track, qualify, and report on event-generated leads using Salesforce.
  • Ensure flawless on-site execution for major industry events and tradeshows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Boston, MA and able to work in the office 1 day per week.
  • 2–3 years of experience independently executing B2B conferences, tradeshows, and webinars.
  • Strong operational proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation systems, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple fast-paced initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor partnerships and internal stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to travel to 4-6 events per year.
