Location: Must be based in or near Boston, MA (Hybrid: 1 day per week in office)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end event strategy, including research, logistics, and project planning for regional conferences and webinars.
- Secure speaking and sponsorship opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with regional sales teams.
- Drive event attendance by building target lists, emails, and landing pages using HubSpot.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, managing procurement and contract negotiations.
- Track, qualify, and report on event-generated leads using Salesforce.
- Ensure flawless on-site execution for major industry events and tradeshows.
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Boston, MA and able to work in the office 1 day per week.
- 2–3 years of experience independently executing B2B conferences, tradeshows, and webinars.
- Strong operational proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation systems, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple fast-paced initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage vendor partnerships and internal stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to travel to 4-6 events per year.
