Compensation: €123,000–€167,000 (France)

What you will do
- Act as the strategic owner for assigned global enterprise accounts, fostering long-term executive and operational relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional work streams, including deployments with Implementation Managers and expansions with Sales teams.
- Develop and execute strategic success plans tied to brand-level outcomes and property-level adoption.
- Conduct regular executive business reviews to surface risks, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Advocate for customer needs internally by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to influence the roadmap.
- Drive customer advocacy by transforming satisfied brands into long-term champions of the platform.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in SaaS or hospitality technology.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and account growth within global or multi-property enterprises.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams.
