Strategic Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts to ensure successful Apple deployment and product adoption with an accent on relationship building and strategic planning. Location: Remote (US). This position will oversee the West Coast book of business.
Compensation: $65,200 – $149,360 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch, strategic enterprise accounts to ensure business outcomes.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to understand goals and build strategic success plans.
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion efforts across the product suite.
- Foster trusted relationships by delivering expert recommendations on workflows and best practices.
- Lead recurring business reviews to track progress and identify future growth opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally to ensure successful value realization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts with global complexity.
- Expertise in Apple ecosystems and enterprise IT workflows.
- Strong technical acumen in MDM, Apple Business Manager, or security frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively within a US-based remote environment.
