What you will do
- Design and manage experiential events including roundtables, tradeshows, and regional partnership activations.
- Develop market-specific campaigns and localized materials aligned with ’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, and healthcare influencers.
- Measure and report on field marketing impact using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
- Mentor junior staff and streamline event management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in field, account-based, or experiential marketing, preferably in healthcare.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 35%) within assigned states and nationally.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within assigned territory.
- 2+ years of experience with marketing automation technology, specifically HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of the value-based care landscape and independent physician networks.
