Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually

What you will do
- Identify emerging industries and account segments using data from Sales, Product Marketing, and external market signals.
- Design and execute niche, targeted programs including executive roundtables, industry-specific digital campaigns, and account-based activations.
- Collaborate with the Channel team to leverage partner networks for expanded regional reach.
- Develop standardized "Event-in-a-Box" frameworks to ensure consistent quality across all field events.
- Implement AI tools and tech stack optimizations (Splash, Cvent, Outreach) to reduce operational busywork and improve lead insights.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Field Marketing as a strong individual contributor owning strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of building and running programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong systems mindset with the ability to create templates and workflows to eliminate operational inefficiencies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, event platforms, and AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting growth theses to Sales Leadership and securing buy-in.
- Analytical ability to work with data (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and track pipeline metrics.
